You will be picked up by one of our professional guide from JRO airport; he will escort you to your assigned accommodation facility and brief you on the next day’s activity. After breakfast you will head to Tarangire national Park located just a few hours drive from the town of Arusha, Tarangire is a popular stop for people travelling through the northern safari circuit on their way to Ngorongoro and the Serengeti. The park is famous for its huge population of elephants as compared to anywhere in tanzania, tree climbing lions and its sparse vegetation, strewn with baobab and acacia trees, makes it beaitiful and distincitive location to visit.
After having breakfast you will head for Serengeti National Park, which is located in northern Tanzania, Serengeti is known for its massive annual migration of wildebeest and zebra. Seeking new pasture, the herds move north from their breeding grounds in the grassy southern plains. Many cross the marshy western corridor’s crocodile-infested Grumeti River. Others veer northeast to the Lobo Hills, home to black eagles. Black rhinos inhabit the granite outcrops of the Moru Kopjes.
After breakfast you will have a full day game drive in Serengeti national park, which is famous for its annual migration of wildebeest and zebra. You will have an early game drive in Serengeti after breakfast, and then transferred to Ngorongoro for your accommodation. On your way to Ngorongoro you will be having a game en route.
After breakfast you will descend in to Ngorongoro Crater for a full day game view in the crater. Ngororngoro crater harbors greater diversity of wildlife species that co-exists with human. Apart from the famous Ngorongoro main crater which you only visit, there are also Empakai and Olmoti craters, which are smaller and less famous compared to the former.
This morning you will drive to Lake Manyara, taking around an hour. Described as one of the hidden gems of Tanzania, this park is famous for its tree climbing lions and large herds of elephant, which are not shy to come straight up to the vehicle. After lunch you will drive back to Moshi / Arusha, taking approximately 2-3 hours.
